Chris Howe, Assistant Vice President
Chris Howe, an assistant vice president in Grandbridge Real Estate Capital’s Nashville, Tenn., office, joined the company after spending three years as a commercial real estate lender with BB&T in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. A native of Tennessee, Mr. Howe received his Master of Business Administration in finance from Florida State University and his undergraduate degree from Clearwater Christian College.
Prior to pursuing his Master's degree, Mr. Howe was an internal auditor with Raymond James Financial, where he held the series 7, 24, and 65 securities licenses. Mr. Howe is an active member of the local chapters of NAIOP, ICSC, and the ULI. Additionally, he is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Candidate.
