Chris Howe, Assistant Vice President
Chris Howe, an assistant vice president in Grandbridge’s Nashville office, joined the company after beginning his career as a commercial real estate lender with BB&T in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. A native of Tennessee, he received his Master of Business Administration in finance from Florida State University.
Prior to pursuing his master’s degree, Mr. Howe held various positions with investment bank/brokerage, Raymond James Financial, in St. Petersburg, Fla. He is an active member of the local chapters of NAIOP, ICSC, and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Additionally, he is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate.
