Mr. Walker has been in the commercial real estate banking business since joining Grandbridge (then Laureate Capital) in the spring of 2006 and has been involved in the placement of more than $300 million in debt and equity capital. His responsibilities include new originations as well as the management of existing production deal flow through commitment and closing.

Mr. Walker is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee, holds a North Carolina real estate broker's license, and is currently in pursuit of a CFA charter from the CFA institute. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, the NAIOP commercial real estate development association, and is a CCIM Georgia chapter member. Prior to joining Grandbridge, he graduated magna cum laude from Appalachian State University with a degree in finance.
