Brady Meyer is responsible for overseeing the loan process and due diligence through closing for deals processed as well as the preliminary analysis, underwriting and marketing of each transaction. He has worked on a variety of financing structures, which include credit facilities, permanent debt, interim bridge financing and corporate debt restructures. Throughout his commercial real estate finance career, Mr. Meyer has underwritten and closed more than $750 million in transactions with various lending institutions.

Prior to joining Grandbridge, Mr. Meyer served as a Loan Analyst with Quantum First Capital, a real estate finance and advisory firm specializing in providing a reliable source of funds from the capital markets. While with Quantum, he assisted in the loan process and due diligence through closing for transactions as well as the preliminary analysis, underwriting, and marketing of new business.

Mr. Meyer began his real estate career with Henry S. Miller Commercial in Dallas, Texas, where he was a member of the Investments Division focusing on retail and industrial properties.

Mr. Meyer earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. He currently holds a Texas Real Estate license.
