Vice President Brian Harris is a member of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital’s senior management team. As the company's Fannie Mae Product Manager Mr. Harris works closely with Grandbridge’s production teams to actively grow the company’s multifamily business.

Mr. Harris joined the company under the Collateral Real Estate Capital banner in 1995. Prior to his current role he served as a Deputy Chief Underwriter in Grandbridge’s GSE Underwriting Department and was responsible for the continued development of a team of underwriters, analysts and processors that served a number of production offices throughout the country. As such, he was responsible for structuring, pricing, underwriting and delivering transactions to both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Having been involved in the closing of more than $2 billion in Fannie Mae transactions, Mr. Harris' experience enables him to meet the needs of Grandbridge's customers by providing the best financing solutions.

Mr. Harris received his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in finance from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association Future Leaders Program, Class of 2006.
