C.J. Webb, an Assistant Vice President with the Charlotte production office, joined Grandbridge in October 2005 after graduating from Washington and Lee University with degrees in business administration (B.S.) and economics (B.A.). He is a member of the CFA Institute and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. He is also a member of the CCIM Institute and a candidate for the CCIM designation.  

Mr. Webb has extensive experience underwriting, structuring, packaging and marketing transactions among all property types, including working on more than $150 million in closed agency transactions with producers Mike Ortlip and Phil Payonk, and roughly double that amount in retail, office, and industrial transactions.

In 2009 and 2010, Mr. Webb was the asset manager for most of Grandbridge’s proprietary bridge loan portfolio, BB&T Real Estate Funding, with responsibilities ranging from periodic reporting to handling loan modifications, extensions, payoffs, tax and insurance issues, and managing the construction lending process.
