Mr. Caison joined Grandbridge’s Charlotte loan origination team as a real estate analyst in 2006 and, with his promotion to assistant vice president, transitioned to a loan production role.  As an assistant vice president, Mr. Caison is responsible for sourcing debt and equity for commercial and multifamily assets.  

In his previous role as senior real estate analyst, Mr. Caison was responsible for all phases of production support including underwriting and packaging of new loans, as well as following committed loans through the closing process.  Mr. Caison has been directly involved in the origination of more than $800 million in permanent, construction/permanent, bridge, and mezzanine debt, as well as equity capital.  

He is a graduate of Davidson College and holds a North Carolina real estate brokers license. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is a member of the Urban Land Institute and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
