Clay Scheetz, Senior Vice President, is Co-Head of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital’s Indianapolis Regional Office. Mr. Scheetz began his commercial real estate investment career in 1995. As a debt and private equity principal investing across all property types and capital structures, he has underwritten in excess of $25 billion of commercial real estate assets located throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Grandbridge in 2005, while based in New York City, Mr. Scheetz held a variety of executive positions with Nomura Asset Capital, Olympus Real Estate Partners, and Starwood Capital Group. He has earned his CPA and real estate licenses.
Mr. Scheetz graduated with honors with a BBA degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame, and he received an MBA degree with a concentration in finance from Columbia University.
