Daniel P. Puntil, senior vice president and office manager, is based in Grandbridge Real Estate Capital’s Pittsburgh, Penn., office. Prior to his tenure with Grandbridge Mr. Puntil served in the same capacity with Laureate Capital, which he joined in the spring of 2000.
Actively involved in commercial real estate since 1986, Mr. Puntil worked at Grubb & Ellis Company for 14 years in both Pittsburgh and metropolitan Washington, D.C. At Grubb & Ellis, Mr. Puntil served in various capacities in commercial property management and commercial brokerage, including vice president of property management and assistant vice president in the commercial brokerage division. He is a Pittsburgh native and a graduate of Thiel College.
