Dennis C. Edmiston, senior vice president, co-founded Horizon Mortgage & Investment Company in 1980 and served as senior vice president when it was acquired by Laureate Capital, predecessor to Grandbridge, in 2001.

Having begun his career in commercial mortgage banking in 1971, Mr. Edmiston has extensive experience in originations across many property types and has arranged financings through insurance companies, conduits, credit companies, and other outlets. He holds a Bachelor of Science in industrial management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration in real estate from Georgia State University.
