Eli Gershenson is responsible for overseeing the loan process and due diligence through closing for each deal processed as well as the preliminary analysis, underwriting and marketing of each deal. He has worked on a variety of financing structures, which include credit facilities, permanent debt, interim bridge financing and corporate debt restructures. Additionally, Mr. Gershenson has experience as an underwriter for the Fannie Mae multifamily loan programs and Wall Street conduit loan programs.

Prior to joining Grandbridge, Mr. Gershenson served as a Director with Quantum First Capital, a real estate finance and advisory firm specializing in providing a reliable source of funds from the capital markets. While with Quantum, he assisted in the closing of more than $3 billion of loans with various lending institutions. Prior to joining Quantum, Mr. Gershenson worked in the real estate industry for a regional homebuilder and primarily handled the purchase and sale agreements for the company.

Mr. Gershenson earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Pennsylvania State University. He holds a current Texas Real Estate License and is a member of the Dallas Mortgage Bankers Association and the Mortgage Bankers Association.
