Mr. Watts joined the company’s GSE Underwriting department under the Collateral Real Estate Capital banner in 1998. He currently acts as one of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital’s three Deputy Chief Underwriters. Mr. Watts specializes in the underwriting of seniors housing transactions and is experienced in underwriting all Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan products.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Watts worked as a cost accountant for a large privately-held corporation in Birmingham, Ala. He graduated from The University of Alabama in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree in real estate finance, and earned his Master of Business Administration from The University of Alabama at Birmingham.
