Geoffrey Nolan joined Grandbridge Real Estate Capital under the Laureate Capital banner in 2005. President of Wilson & Nolan Southeast, Inc., prior to its sale to Laureate Capital, Mr. Nolan has more than 30 years of real estate experience and is responsible for originating and closing in excess of $3.5 billion in commercial real estate mortgages and sales.

Mr. Nolan's past experiences included tenure as President of Walker & Dunlop Southeast, Inc., Vice-President of Cushman & Wakefield, and Vice-President with Citicorp Real Estate in New York, where he began his career. Mr. Nolan received an M.B.A. from Northwestern University, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Washington & Lee University.
