George V. Atkison, III, established Grandbridge Real Estate Capital's Greenville, S.C., office in September 1994, under the Laureate Capital banner. He has approximately 33 years of experience in originating commercial mortgage loans as well as four years in the structuring of private real estate partnerships.
He received an undergraduate degree in business from Presbyterian College and earned his M.B.A. from the University of Georgia as well as banking degrees from LSU and the University of Oklahoma.
