Jack Bauer is a Senior Vice President with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, one of the nation’s largest full-service commercial and multifamily mortgage banking firms. Mr. Bauer manages the Washington, D.C. production office with a team focusing on the origination of multifamily transactions nationwide. He has more than 13 years of experience representing both Institutional and Private Equity investors nationwide. Mr. Bauer has been responsible for the origination of more than $2.5 billion in multifamily financing over his career. He has extensive experience in structuring multifamily transactions for capital sources including: Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, Life Insurance Companies, Conduits and Banks.

Mr. Bauer began his career as a multifamily underwriter for Green Park Financial LP in 1997. More recently, and prior to joining Grandbridge, he was a Principal at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company where he worked for more than seven years focusing on multifamily loan originations. 

Mr. Bauer received his Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Washington and Lee University.
