Jon E. Boone is vice president / manager of Fannie Mae - Distressed Asset Portfoliosr for Grandbridge Real Estate Capital. His responsibilities include managing the day-to-day servicing for the entire portfolio and leading a team of more than 30 servicing professionals.

Mr. Boone first joined the company under the Collateral Real Estate Capital banner in 2003 as a member of the Asset Management department where his responsibilities covered all areas of asset management including managing a portfolio with approximately 900 loans totaling $3.8 billion. The commercial properties securing these loans are located in 42 states. Other responsibilities included work outs for troubled loans and dispositions for REO.

His real estate career began at Colonial Properties Trust where he served as asset manager for the company’s multifamily portfolio consisting of 62 properties and 22,000 units located in nine states.This portfolio included four properties with 1,288 units of low-income housing. His responsibilities also included serving as operational lead for the company’s growing fee management business which included 20 properties and over 7,000 units.

Mr. Boone has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
