Senior Vice President and Servicing Manager, Joseph A. Lovell is responsible for Grandbridge Real Estate Capital’s Commercial Loan Portfolio Administration, Escrow Administration and Investor Accounting and Reporting functions. Prior to his tenure with Grandbridge, Mr. Lovell held a similar position with Laureate Capital where he was instrumental in developing and managing the company’s cash management department and information management system.

Mr. Lovell received his Bachelor of Science degree in design from Clemson University and his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of South Carolina.
