Mr. Davis joined Grandbridge’s predecessor (Laureate Capital) in June of 1999 after graduating from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia. He is responsible for managing all phases of production including underwriting and marketing efforts, investor and customer interface, loan process coordination, and training new production analysts. Mr. Davis has a North Carolina real estate brokers license and holds the CCIM designation.
