Vice President/Manager Document Admin, Charlotte, NC office. Ms Elam joined the company in June 1997 and has more than 15 years of commercial mortgage banking experience. In her current position with Laureate, she has managed and/or overseen all loan administration and cash management activities. Ms. Elam has also served as an expert witness in industry related topics and has been involved with MBA servicing conference initiatives. Previously, she served in similar capacities at Bank of America and Boatmans. Ms. Elam has extensive experience directing loan servicing functions both as Master Servicer and as a Primary Servicer, for over 45 life insurance companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, as well as more than 180 CMBS, REMIC, FASIT, Grantor Trust and Swap transactions.
