Matthew Lund joined Grandbridge Real Estate Capital under the Collateral Real Estate Capital banner in 2004. Based in the Madison office, he brings years of experience on a national level to the table. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Lund was a Director within the Capital Markets Unit of Cohen Financial, a national real estate investment banking firm. He joined Cohen Financial in 1997 and participated in arranging $500 million of institutional real estate capital.

In his role as agent on behalf of his clients, Mr. Lund is responsible for the origination, analysis and placement of debt, equity and structured finance for commercial real estate assets nationwide. Mr. Lund holds a master’s degree in real estate and urban land economics from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
