Miki Eide joined the Charlotte Production Office of Grandbridge in December 2010. Prior to joining Grandbridge, Miki spent ten years with the Commercial Division of Crescent Resources LLC most recently serving as a Vice President. Her role at Crescent included obtaining and managing $250 million in project financing for commercial properties, underwriting 8 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties and facilitating $750 million in asset acquisitions and dispositions. Previously, she was with Deloitte & Touche LLP providing audit and business consulting services to real estate clients.

Miki received a Masters of Accountancy and a B.S. from the University of South Carolina. She is a Certified Public Accountant and LEED Accredited Professional.
