Richard S. Brinson

Richard S. Brinson is a senior vice president with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital and serves as Manager of the Mobile, Ala., office. Mr. Brinson started his 37-year career in commercial mortgage banking with Charter Mortgage Company in Birmingham, Ala. In 1979, he joined Camp & Company, a Birmingham-based mortgage banking firm, and opened its Mobile office in 1982. In 1996, the principals including Mr. Brinson, sold their interests in Camp & Company to Laureate Capital (now Grandbridge Real Estate Capital).
Mr. Brinson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and an M.B.A. from the University of Alabama. Mr. Brinson is a licensed Alabama real estate broker and serves on the Advisory Board of the USA Center for Real Estate Studies.
