Taylor Williams, a senior vice president with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, serves as office manager for the company’s Jacksonville, Fla., office. Mr. Williams joined Grandbridge’s predecessor Laureate Capital in October 2005 through the acquisition of Wilson & Nolan Inc., where he served as a senior vice president.

Mr. Williams graduated from Washington and Lee University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics. Since beginning his career in mortgage banking with Green Park Financial in 1991, Mr. Williams has closed more than $1 billion of debt for more than 200 individual transactions for all property types including apartment, office, retail, hotel, and industrial. In addition to permanent debt, Mr. Williams is experienced with bridge loans, construction financing, affordable housing financing and equity placement.
