Thomas A. Vrabac has been in the mortgage banking business for more than 30 years. As a Vice President with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital based in Kansas City, he is responsible for all aspects of new loan production.

A native of Kansas City, Mr. Vrabac has extensive experience in commercial, multifamily and self-storage loan production. Prior to his entry into the mortgage banking industry, he served as Chief Executive Officer, Vice President and President at various financial institutions.

Mr. Vrabac holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kansas, and is a graduate of the College for Financial Planning, currently holding a license as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). He is also a licensed real estate broker in Kansas and Missouri.

Professional affiliations include the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), Financial Planning Association (FPA), and the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors. He is involved in numerous civic activities in the Kansas City area.
