Freddie Mac provided funding for the Orchard Apartments in Dublin, Ohio.  Grandbridge Real Estate Capital Executive Vice President Ted Schmidt originated the $18,300,000 refinance loan for a long-standing client. “The 292-unit property in the Columbus MSA features a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, detached garages, laundry facilities, storage units, lakes, putting green, and a clubhouse equipped with a fitness center,” detailed Schmidt.  “The exceptional quality of the real estate and the expertise of Freddie Mac’s Central Region staff facilitated the timely closing of this transaction — just 69 days from application to closing.”
