Grandbridge Closes $21 Million Indiana Multifamily Portfolio

Grandbridge Real Estate Capital Senior Vice President David Aaronson and Assistant Vice President Seth Barrett in Grandbridge’s Houston office recently originated, arranged the financing, and closed a $21,000,000 first mortgage loan secured by two multifamily properties located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Funding for the fixed rate refinance was provided by CIBC Investment Bank. The garden-style communities contain 696 units.
